LIVE WEB CAM GIVES BIRDS-EYE VIEW
OF NEW SCIENCE CENTER CONSTRUCTION

Construction of the new Connecticut Science Center can now be watched live via a new web cam recently installed at Riverpoint Condominiums in East Hartford. This cam, which complements one that is already in place at the Marriott Hartford Downtown, provides a fantastic view of the steel superstructure as it begins to rise almost eight stories into the city’s skyline.

The live web cams are accessible from the Science Center’s website, www.CTScienceCenter.org.

“This new web cam provides a fantastic link between Hartford and East Hartford,” said Theodore S. Sergi, President and CEO of the Science Center. “The folks at Riverpoint Condominiums have been so helpful in allowing us to mount the web cam on their 18th floor. AT&T has been generous in donating service, not to mention as premier sponsor of our website. This support really speaks to the community’s investment in making the Science Center project a reality.”

"All of us at Riverpoint appreciate the opportunity to partner with such an impressive organization as the Connecticut Science Center," added Linda Russo, Vice President of the Riverpoint Condominium Association Board of Directors. "As we look out our windows and watch the building take shape, our excitement for the project intensifies. We are honored to have been selected as the site location to provide this vantage point to those who access the Science Center's web site to view the construction of this beautiful state of the art facility."
