July 22 – July 26: The Crime Scene Investigators Academy
Instead of just sitting back and watching crime scene shows, come be an investigator for a week and experience the excitement! Learn new techniques each day to piece together a crime scene and identify the suspects. Dust for fingerprints, identify blood stains, reconstruct a car accident, and more! Do you have what it takes?
July 29 – August 2: Myth-Busting
Have you ever wanted to be a myth buster? Test the validity of some myths by thinking of, designing and building your own experiments! Can you use balloons to lift an object? Can you keep an egg from cracking when dropped? Can you walk across a bridge made of duct tape? It’s up to you to decide: plausible or BUSTED!
August 5 – 9: Out of this World
Have you ever wondered what’s really out there in space or how rockets work? Immerse yourself in a week-long space adventure, where you will build and launch your own rockets and learn all about exciting space topics like stars, craters, and telescopes, just to name a few. Take a trip the planets and delve into the many past space missions in our Exploring Space Gallery.
($15 materials fee for the rocket)

August 12 – 16: New Robot in Town
Experience a Robotics week like none before! New robots, new kits, new problems to solve! Learn what it takes to design a robot and then work as a team to make one that can compete in our Robot Stadium! Work with our humanoid robots or try your skills at making a Lego robot to perform a complicated task automatically! You will also be building a robot to take home!
($20 materials fee for the robot)
August 19 – 23: Sea Explorers
Cool down this summer as we take to the water! Can you build a boat that won’t capsize in a storm? How about a submarine vehicle that can explore far below the surface? Also, get up close with some not so common sea life. Join us for a week of exploration as we design and build water vehicles to explore our mystery sea tank. You will even create your own amphibious hovercraft to test and take home!
($15 materials fee for the hovercraft)
