This “green” gem slashes water usage by 50% with a smart planting design, featuring native species and unique plants that tell nature’s story. Beyond beauty, the rooftop acts as insulation for the building, boosting energy efficiency. It’s also home to helpful pollinators and offers epic views of the Connecticut River — a great spot to unwind. The rooftop is open seasonally (weather permitting). Come for the views, stay for the relaxation.
