Dinner & Dancing
See the unseen in Science Alley, our central atrium. This 10-story immersive environment is designed to connect visitors to the science themes and concepts in our galleries. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner and dance the night away under a towering dinosaur and rocket ship in Science Alley, with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Unforgettable dining tailored to your needs
Our partners at David Alan Hospitality Group will help you customize your event with undeniably delicious cuisine, unmatched hospitality, and attention to every detail. Their Creative Services team assists in transforming the galleries of the Science Center through interactive food displays and customizable signage packages. From intimate corporate events to over-the-top galas, they'll create a visually stunning and delicious spread that elevates your special day to a new level of elegance and flavor.
Food packages start at $25 per person. Bar services, house rentals, and hospitality fees are additional.

Savage Pianos
Dueling Pianos is the ultimate hybrid of all modern forms of entertainment. Two performers (and sometimes more!) on two facing pianos take turns playing songs that are mostly requested by the audience with a goal of keeping you singing, clapping, and laughing as much as possible!
Wedding Packages
Weddings start at $7,000 and include the following for up to 200 guests:
- Ceremony on the Nassau Science Plaza (In case of inclement weather, our theater is available as a backup option).
- Cocktail Hour in the gallery of your choice
- Dinner and Dancing in Science Alley
- Space-themed lab to get ready
- White garden chairs, round and banquet tables, and high-top tables
- Set-up and breakdown, following your vision
General Liability Insurance
We require all clients to purchase and maintain event insurance for the date of their event and an initial payment to secure your booking and catering services.
