Private and Corporate Event Rentals

Your Booking
The price of each room includes full planning support and day-of coordination to ensure you and your guests don’t need to lift a finger, and the Science Center oversees setup and breakdown. We also include access to our stock of centerpieces, six-foot round tables, six-foot banquet tables, three-foot high-top tables, and chairs, as well as the use and staffing of your chosen space(s) during standard event hours. Events starting before 8AM or ending after 10PM may be subject to additional charges.

David Alan Hospitality Group brings their expertise to your private event by helping you design a stunning event, crafting a personalized menu and bar service that will leave a lasting impression on your guests. From the moment you book your celebration, their team provides seamless, attentive service, ensuring every detail is managed with care. Whether it's an intimate dinner or a grand reception, they'll create a visually stunning and delicious spread that elevates your special day to a new level of elegance and flavor.
Food packages are available starting at $25 per person. Bar services, house rentals, and hospitality fees are additional.

Platinum Corporate Rewards participants receive 20% off their venue rental, excluding food, beverages, and parking. Gold, Silver, Titanium, and Copper participants receive 10% off.
Event Insurance
We require all clients to purchase and maintain event insurance for the date of their event and an initial payment to secure your booking and catering services.
