Crash Lab

See the science of force and motion come to life with this hands-on crash lab experience! In this program, students will explore how the strength of a force changes with an object’s weight by conducting car crash experiments. They'll test how varying weights affect the distance a vehicle pushes an object, investigate iterative forces by crashing repeatedly, and discover the surprising dynamics of a tug-of-war between two cars of equal weight but different sizes. This engaging, interactive activity allows students to learn about forces and motion in a fun, memorable way.
