With more than 165 hands-on exhibits, a thrilling 3D theater, a lush tropical Butterfly Encounter, and exciting live science demonstrations, there's always something new to experience. A little planning goes a long way in making your visit smooth, memorable, and filled with amazing moments.

Help us keep the Science Center safe and family-friendly:
- Use kind words and actions—no offensive language or behavior.
- Walk, don’t run, and respect other guests’ space.
- Treat exhibits, artifacts, and facilities with care.
- Follow staff instructions; interfering with their work or distributing unapproved materials isn’t allowed.
- No fighting, gambling, soliciting, or loitering.
- Alcohol (unless purchased here), illegal drugs, and smoking/vaping are prohibited.
**Serious or repeated violations may lead to removal without a refund, and criminal behavior will be reported to authorities.**

What NOT To Bring
For everyone’s safety, please leave these items at home (or in your car):
- Weapons of any kind—including concealed firearms, knives, explosives, or realistic replicas.*
- Helium balloons, candles, and drones or other remote-control toys.
- Tripods or professional photo gear without prior written approval.
- Hazardous materials or anything staff deem dangerous or inappropriate.
- Non-service animals.
Bags may be inspected by our Security team.
*Law-enforcement officers with proper ID are exempt from the weapons policy.*

Age Restrictions
Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by and remain under the active supervision of a responsible adult at all times—no exceptions. Individuals under the age of 18 may not purchase, receive, or be listed as a named cardholder on any membership.

Dress for Fun
Shoes and shirts are required, and clothing or visible tattoos may not display profanity, violence, discrimination, sexual content, or drug references. We may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave if attire violates this policy.

Photography & Videography
Visitors are welcome to take photos and videos of their experience for personal, non-commercial use. We simply ask that all photography and videography be conducted safely, respectfully, and without disrupting the experience of other guests.

If you need any assistance
Our Security Kiosk, located on the Lobby Level, is your go-to spot for assistance during your visit. If you've misplaced an item, our team can help—lost belongings are held for up to 10 days. For minor medical needs, first aid is available at the kiosk, or you can speak with any staff member for help. We also offer a limited number of wheelchairs, available on a first-come, first-served basis to support guests who may need mobility assistance.
