The Connecticut Science Center seeks to contract with an experienced research consultant to support the development and implementation of new exhibits and galleries. The Research Consultant will research documents, content source materials, images, products, and services to help flesh-out and make manifest the story lines associated with the Science Center’s new exhibit projects currently in design. This is a project based contract with a defined scope of work and delivery schedule. Minimum qualifications include excellent, proven research and organizational skills, detail-oriented and creative thinking. Preference will be given to those consultants who have worked on large scale exhibit related projects in the science center/museum industry. Familiarity with exhibit design process is also highly preferable.
