Teen Science Cafés are free, fun events where teens get to discuss cool science and technology with local scientists and engineers, try hands-on activities, and enjoy free food and awesome conversation.
Teen Science Café is made possible by the Cigna Foundation. Additional supporters include the Liberty Bank Foundation, the Stanley D. and Hinda N. Fisher Fund at Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, the Community Foundation of Greater New Britain, Ross Memorial Fund at the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, Charles Nelson Robinson Fund, M&T Charitable Foundation, and Berkshire Bank Foundation.
Science Cafés are for teens, by teens, and each café program is led by a group of teen leaders who work with adult mentors to plan and run the events.
If you are a teen interested in joining a leadership team, please contact Justin Riley, Teen Program Manager, at JRiley@ctsciencecenter.org or 860-520-2141.
